Here at Recess we make every effort to ship your goods the same day they're ordered. If you should have any questions regarding your order feel free to email us at contact@recessrideshop.com or give us a call at 828-355-9013.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders through UPS or USPS, depending on the size or weight of the package. Shipping cost is calculated based off of ship to location and item weight via UPS or USPS. Larger items like snowboards may not be able to ship to a PO Box, but feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to make it happen.
Any purchase you make that is over $149 qualifies for Free Shipping. This includes any closeout and discount merchandise as well. HOWEVER, this offer applies to the continental US only, sorry Alaska and Hawaii, we hope you understand. If we receive an order from Alaska or Hawaii we will contact you about shipping costs and try to keep them to a minimum. For return shipping please visit our return policy page.
Transit Times
We ship out of Boone, NC weekdays. To check an estimated time for how long your package will be in transit from our store, just locate your state and refer to the map below.
