Skate Old Skool - faded black/gum
First released in 1977, the Old Skool—was just the second skate shoe we ever made. Designed with input from the pioneers of skateboarding, the Old Skool’s first-of-its-kind suede toe cap and durable rubber stood up to the wear-and-tear of griptape (a relatively new addition to most skateboards in the '70s). By the standards of the day, the Old Skool was the most progressive shoe on the market, and literally took skateboarders to the next level. Today's Skate Old Skool continues this heritage of progression and remains one of our most popular shoes. It's as durable as ever and skateable right out of the box—reinforced and refined with PopCush™ impact protection, DuraCap™ underlays, and grippy SickStick™ rubber.
